Tuition

Tuition for the conference includes registration and accommodations of room and all meals and beverages as well as leisure activity, per person for the entire conference. Regular tuition is $1500/per person; $1100 for trainees with a letter from the program certifying status. Accompanying persons not attending the conference will be charged $1200 which includes room, meals, beverages, activities, special functions. Payment must be made at time of registration to Columbia University; Chateauform will accept no payments individually.

Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of the registration form. Refund of registration fee, less a $15 administrative charge, will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by April 1, 2008. No refunds can be made thereafter.
